I frequently receive requests to repair wigs. The process of intricately knotting hair into a wig is quite time-consuming. I charge an hourly rate for this service, and completion can sometimes span over a few weeks as I work on it in between appointments, occasionally even during my evenings.
Other repairs include making lace top wigs stronger by attaching silk to the underside of the cap, converting silk fronts into lace fronts, converting full wigs into band wigs, making wigs smaller or larger. I have also made fringes.
